Sets from the Archive have paved a way for some class identity, as much as sub-classing has created issues for class identity.
I would love to see some regional sets supporting race identity.
As an example, a Nord, wearing Ysgramor's, getting a +5% bonus to set buffs and damage.
Or a Dark Elf getting a +5% bonus for wearing Twilight Remedy and honouring Azura.
A few tweaks here and there could make some fairly obsolete sets start to look a little more inviting, surely?

Maybe even some clan, family or deity allegiance passives or perks.
