https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8414714#Comment_8414714from the pictures shared last week,
i was hoping there would also be an in-game location for the Gold Coast Bazaar, as its pictures appear to place it at the Gold Coast Trading Company building in Anvil.
would be fun to see that bazaar from the above picture in the future.
Could be similar to Belkarth Festival Grounds in Craglorn and have the Luxury Furnisher, indrik merchant, and impressario.

i do love what the Gold Coast Bazaar is!
Very excited to finally get the Dragon's Treasure Trove. And Trade Bars are way better than Event Tickets.
Hey @LunaFlora the team has seen your post here and wanted you to know that while they can't promise anything, they are interested in updating the Anvil area at some point to include a "real-world" version of the Bazaar there.
Putting the Bazaar in the Crown Store helped make it easy to find for all players who don't necessarily want to explore the world to find a vendor. We hear the feedback on wanting this to be a real world thing though and thank you for the suggestion!

That's a weird thing to say man. Why would you think they would do that or anyone would advocate that. Gold coast has plenty of stuff you could stick in a lively marketplace. Move the furnishing vendors there, maybe the guild traders. Not to mention the npcs you could put walking around. Maybe have a part where there's a bandari guys set up. They could do a lot to make it cool.

Please don’t get me wrong, I’m very pleased with the changes of update 49 and looking forward to the subsequent updates coming along this year, including the night market. But as there will be no new zone or chapter this year, and as there was a lot of talk about improving base game zones and adding things to base game (I know Gold Coast isn’t base base game but having made it free now to all and it being so old now, it feels like it is) I was really shocked that the bazaar wasn’t something physical added, showing off the pets and mounts available, maybe a little performing area with npcs showing the new skill styles, etc etc… There’s a lot of empty space as well on the south east of the Gold Coast. I know myself and a lot of other players didn’t just think there MIGHT be a physical bazaar, we fully thought there was going to be one, so if nothing else in the future please make the information and wording clearer, as I spotted nothing on website posts stating explicitly that it was going to be a menu only addition and that there would be no actual bazaar in the Gold Coast.

I think the starter selection is apt and I look forward to seeing what comes later, how quickly stuff is rotated, etc. All in all I think this is a very welcome addition to the game.
However, after all those pictures of a bazaar with people walking about, the name itself, and the addition of the Gold Coast to the basegame as though in anticipation of people now needing to spend time in the Gold Coast... it's just a store tab
Now, I recognise that usability is actually much better this way. You have those neat categories and can access it anywhere. But I still can't help feeling disappointed, I was really looking forward to seeing people at a bazaar, the way Belkarth is busy during events and how the Advent of Zanil in Coldharbour was a weekly mini-event in itself (perhaps still is, I no longer go there for Zanil because Zerith disapproves). This would have been a brilliant opportunity to create a new meeting place for players where fun can occur spontaneously, and the Gold Coast region would have got a little novelty injection too.
Probably too late for this feedback, but, please make the Bazaar a real place

My guess is not everyone has the Gold Coast expansion so they wouldn't be able to access it. They are going to want this in a place all players can get to.

I'm not sure if there's a language thing but I'm not understanding some of your message. The part I did get "what next" is kind of a weird slippery slope argument. Anvil is the capital of gold coast. That's where the gold coast bazaar would be ideally. Making a market or putting the bazaar vendor in the already made market square would've been a cool thing. Not really sure what Craglorn or nirn crux has to do with anything.

Initially that's what I thought it was going to be. I was kind of disappointed when it turned out to be just another menu option in a game full of menus...
I sometimes think ESO moonlights as a menu simulator tbh. It's quite funny sometimes how many menus you have to back out of to get back to the game on Xbox.

it is named Gold Coast Bazaar, because of the Gold Coast Trading Company.
Crown Crates have the Company's logo on them.
The e promo art for the Bazaar has the company headquarters in the background and logo banners all over.
