Spent Skill Points Resetting

For the last three days I've spent skill points only to have them reset later. Is anyone else seeing this? The skill points are freed up and I re-spend them on the same skills only to have it happen again later in the day or the next day. This is on PS/NA.

NM I think I figured it out–I haven't been updated my Armory after spending the points. Sorry for the interruption!1
