Hi,
Mark Target on its respective morphs has been changed since U49 (Assuming unintentional and tied to fixing the issue listed in the patch notes)
You can no longer cast it outside of combat without it immediately putting you in combat. Which was not the case prior to U49, where the ability could be cast from stealth or far enough without being put in combat.
