U49 Still getting named treasure map instead of unopened map

The Rugged Document Pouch in today's Dragonguard Supply Chest had a treasure map today, and it was still a unique treasure map and not the envelope.
I'm not sure if this is intended, since I got a Southern Elsweyr Treasure Map; but I'm pretty sure I've gotten non-zone maps from the Rugged Document Pouches in the past. Should this be a new unopened map?

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭✭Saw a similar thread the other day with the exact same issue. So far, it looks like the loot system is treating Southern Elsweyr maps as a separate item to the unidentified map container. FWIW the one I got yesterday was the unidentified one; the first day, I didn't get a map drop at all.
