[?]Quest markers

Did they change how quest markers behave with this past update? I did not see anything in the patch notes.

I picked up the daily pledge for Arx Corinium. When I went to the wayshrine to port inside, I noticed on the map that there were quest markers for the bosses on the overland map rather than the normal marker indicating that the quest is inside the dungeon.

I could see this change potentially being confusing for new players as they might run around the overland instead of going inside the dungeon.

I turned addons off and get the same quest markers showing on the overland.

I see the same thing on XBox. It was like that before the most recent update though. And yes, it is confusing, since the flagged bosses that need to be killed for the pledge are mostly well inside the dungeon.

I think I noticed something like this before the update as well, but I don't remember what it was for.
