Quest foreign vintage in shadowfen bug
Quest is kind of broken, can't interact with all the spies to make them drink.

✭I'm having the same problem. 2 out of the 3 I have tried I can't interact with. Relogging didn't help.0 -
Chiraku✭The Spy near the skyshard works, and when you used that npc (the spy) it will go away after like 5 min it will spawn back and you can use it again. And then you can get 3/3 and complete the quest.Edited by Chiraku on April 9, 2014 8:34PM0 -
KayydenSoul ShrivenNoticed the same thing, only the spy near the shard worked for me. I walked away from him by mistake just to find the rest of the spies bugged.0
