[Fishing] Trophy Fish Buff (with other players)

So, we have the Angler's Instinct and this affects our chances of Trophy fish drops, but can we also get one that controls the increased chance when fishing with another player? Currently right now you have no control over the trophy fish drop chance if another player starts fishing with you. Having this as a CP slottable would allow someone fishing for trophy fish to fish alongside another player not fishing for trophy fish.
What happens now is Person A is fishing for Perfect Roe, Person B hops in the fishing hole and starts fishing, when Person A moves to another fishing hole Person B follows them, after jumping from hole to hole Person B messages Person A saying; "chill do0d I am just here for the trophy fish".
Alternatively, identify one of each fishing hole bait types as one that does not attract Trophy Fish. This would also allow players that capstoned Sharp-as-Night to benefit from the fishing speed buff that capstone provides without worrying about Trophy Fish.
