Using Scribing in the Maelstrom Arena

Debuffs in Maelstrom generally don't have much impact on the boss directly. However, they are very effective when used against the mobs. Using debuffs for adding control or pressure relief can be far more valuable than trying to weaken the boss. So far, I have had that best luck with Trample/Lingering Torment/Mangle.
