Healing Skillls Not Raising
It seems for the last day or so my healing skills will not raise. They are both at level 1 and are used constantly. Resto Staff is at 15, Restoring Light is at 16 and the two healing skills are stuck at level 1 and the bar isn't even moving.

I did not morph these skills yet. They are still level 1 and if I am correct they have to be level IV to morph.0

wrlifeboil✭✭✭✭✭Are the healing spells on your action bar? Be sure that the spells on on the bar when you turn in quests or when you do anything that grants a lot of xp.1
