Grim Focus style: malacaths fury visuals don’t work

The style page for grim focus state that the skill and its morphs are changed to the blue colour shown in the preview. The visual for the skill that shows it is charged however goes not change colour to match and is still red.
I paid money to get this style I expected it to properly change the skill effect and it doesn’t. Nor does the description state the glow is not changed or the preview show the glow. Is this a bug or intended? Because if intended it’s very slimy to do.
