Constant lag and diconnects since the patch last Wednesday

Since the patch on Wednesday my game constantly lags in all instanced content and PVP and disconnects me every 10-15 minutes. I was running dungeons the days before without issues and after the patch i disconnect and lag frequently even tho i am connected via LAN to the router and my network is stable and works fine for everything else.
