Sideways furnishing bug has returned

Xbox, placed several different furnishings types but special/animated furnishings like target dummies and pets will not stay aligned properly. Place and then they rotate 90 degrees on the y axis laying them on their side halfway into the ground. Infuriating and has no workaround im aware of.
