Main quest line in stonefall help

Spoiler alert for if you haven't gotton near the end of the Stonefall main quest.




So I've got to the part where Tanvel's son gets killed, and he decides to run off into the night to summon Sadal. I've been told by others to go stop him. However I had to log off at this point. When I got back in today I realised I have no follow on quest. I went back and spoke to people and was told again to go stop him, and that I'd need to go to Kragenmoor, and I explored the entirety of Kragenmoor and have found nothing. Is this a bug or am I missing something? As far as I can tell i've completed every other quest in Stonefall (bar the bugged one in the mine) so I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Help please!!

if you still have the quest in your log you can try to abandon quest and pick it up again at the start location. you have to redo the whole quest, but in most cases you should be able to complete teh quest, unless you need to log at the same point as last time.

if that doesnt work you can use in game options to ask support for help. in most cases they reset the quest for you. though it may take some time. so if your able to abandon and restart teh quest yourself it will be quicker.
