What happened to base game zone refresh?

This time last year we were getting ready for the ‘first wave’ of base game zone overhauls bringing them in line visually with the dlc zones. What they did with the starter zones was great! I had a blast running back through the Bleakrock quest lines in the shiny new visuals but then…what happened? Nothing more was said and no more zones got the shiny treatment. I sincerely hope this will not be left to be forgotten about and will be included in the new model?
