Stuck at Launcher

Start the game up... Then launcher does nothing except says initializing since the 1st and I have uninstalled... reinstalled same thing happens again! Sent a couple support tickets... get response saying to try these methods and nothing has worked... then they say they'll call to help sort it out.. and no call. So basically payed to get early access only to get stuck at the launch screen and they aren't helping fix it

There may be something on your machine that could be blocking the launcher from downloading the required game files.

On your Control Panel, you can click on "Internet Options" to make changes on the following two tabs:

• Connections Tab: Click on the LAN Settings button. When the LAN Settings window appears, uncheck all the boxes and click on OK. Ensure that Automatic configuration Script and Proxy Server are disabled (unchecked)
• Advanced Tab: Click on the Reset button, and then click on Reset again.
• You can then restart your computer to ensure that the changes take effect, and then restart the game launcher.

Be aware that some modems may have a particular feature (such as Turbo Page) that can prevent certain web-related services from functioning, including game launchers and website logins. This function would need to be disabled.

Some firewall programs, such as Comodo, also have a sandbox mode which needs to be deactivated for the ESO launcher to function properly.
