Is there a PC addon to reduce excessive item unlock notifications?

When I learn a style page or motif I get a notification pop-up and a message in the notification menu to tell me I've done it, then an exclamation mark on the collections menu, the section it's in and the specific icon and I have to click through all of them to make them go away or they stay there, even after switching characters. I don't need any of them because I know what I unlocked, I was there when I unlocked it.

There's also an annoying blue flashing background on inventory sections when I get new items, which sticks around even after I've cleared out the exclamation points next to each item.

Is there a way on PC to disable some or all of these?

On a related note is there a way to stop the thing where if you go straight from the quest journal to the map it will zoom right in on your current quest and make the icon flash constantly? There doesn't seem to be a way to stop it once it's started so the only work around I've found is to make sure I go journal > inventory > map to stop it happening, but it would be nice if I could just turn it off.

I think the No thank you! addon had something about to block these new items and notifications for learned items, or maybe something like "remove all new notifications"?
This should be the last updated version, hope it still works:

Check the description or ingame settings menu if it got soemthing that helps you.
