Unable to remove items from houses

For reasons that appear to be bug related, I can not remove SOME(!) items from within my homes. It's always a specifc type of item and it appears to be more or less random what type of item that is. A specific bush, a specific chair, table, or a whole slew of them. Right now I was able to remove some potted plants from the all new player home from this event, but NOT the glass lamps or chairs and some other items I have tried to pick up.
It keeps telling me that there is no room for these items to be taken.
My inventory isn't full.
The housing vault isn't full.
The bank isn't full.
I've had this in other homes for a couple of months now, maybe longer as it has been a while since I even attemped to remove any items from these specific places. And now I am at my wits end - I can't do housing properly like this. I need to be able to place AND remove items, both. At this moment it is impossible to clear out everything in the new home to make room for other things.
Also, I had brought this forward via in-game F1 help for the technical support and haven't heard back in a month.

Jammet✭✭✭After seeing the other thread about this, I found out what the problem is, and I am fairly sure it is a simple bug:
Player housing is made with ESO+ in mind, EXCEPT HERE -- it is skipped. The bank is treated as if it was not the bank of an ESO+ subscriber.
It says full at 240/240, inside the Item placement menu while in a house.
But if I actually open my bank ... 283/480 item slots are used. There is PLENTY of room.
If do not think this is intentional. Or is it?
