Strange "duplicate guild vendor" bug?

Second week in a row, I see a guild sales kiosk, approach npc, click, search for items... nothing. Not one item for sale. Ok, fine. Seems odd to sell nothing, but OK. Move down to next kiosk... click on sales rep, it is THE SAME GUILD? But this time, sales of items works, everything seems to be in order. So...ok, figure first one is a momentary blurp.. stuff happens. But 2nd week in a row? That suggests code - have a look guys, this is trick, or tricky :P Slimm Pickens

I believe it is not a bug but more of a word play in the guild names and a lot of in game gold wasted level of trolling going on.0 -

Accounts have been violating TOS by trying to harass/impersonate other guilds, using similar-looking writing characters to mimic the look of a real guild. ZOS Kevin replied to that thread to say action would be taken against the offending accounts in the spoof cases mentioned there. I hope there aren't more.
