i cannot get the set-up working

i am trying to install the game and it goes into set-up and comes up that multiple launchers are not allowed and will now quit. this happened way back before it was released. i went through my pc deleting all the files to do with zenimax and eso but no luck. i have turned back my pc and tried to clear everything to do with eso but still no luck. the suggestions from the support are not working. i have now tried many times to contact customer service and support but they don't seem to care. they ask me to send them emails back and they come back with stupid things or sometimes don't even reply at all. now this is serious i didn't pay the money i paid to not play the game and i am most certainly not going to pay subscription fees if you cant even be bothered to get the game working properly. is anyone else getting this problem or know how to fix it?

Before opening the file to setup the Launcher, I want you to right-click that file and select the option "Run as Administrator." It should then open the file and start setting up the Launcher.

I recommend turning off firewalls while doing this, since they could possibly stop the setup process.
