In Auridon, you run a few steps and the Prophet reappears so you don't have to go far before turning around and going back into the Harborage.
How about... for the other two factions, we have the same thing? Instead of running alllllll the waaaaaaaay to ALMOST the wayshrine before he appears, can he just appear fairly close to the Harborage entrance for the other two areas as well?

✭✭✭✭✭yeah it was kind of weird how they made him appear, but thats still just a relic from a long time ago when the harborage quests were level locked (appearing every 10 levels)
after one tamriel the harborage quests were changed to just be immediately given after each otherplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
