Unkillable DPS Vengeance Campaign

PS5 NA been playing on all alliances to experience different players and alliances. While on DC and EP we noticed there’s one player on AD that stays inside our keeps and is able to kite quickly, disappear, kill and be unkillable even against 4 players. He (his PSN is his male name) never runs out of resources. Just as he’s about to die, he quickly goes back to full health just like regular campaigns. And this goes on for awhile so players just leave. One YouTuber I was watching live, randomly had an encounter with him and chased him outside the keep for several minutes. She said he’s exploiting something because of exactly what I described. Several players have reported the player. My question is have you encountered this on your server during Vengeance?

Sounds like a Vengeance meta NB Build. If u play it right you have unlimited sustain, 2 hots and 2 burst heals. Cloak and i forgot the other name. Combined with a big burst and important: FINGERS, you can do crazy things with this build.
