Hi there, my comp is going on 4yrs old. It's a dell with intel core duo 2. With a g41 express chipset family. The gameplay is very choppy, I have to play on low settings, and I was wondering what I should upgrade my graphics chipset/card to if I wanted? I'm not as tech savy as I used to be, And my budget is tight.

    Hello!

i'm not a very tech expert at all, but i'd suggest looking at AMD Radeon's r7. i think they'll be a nice upgrade, though i recommend checking compatibility with your motherboard :)

Second-hand gtx660 would be a good option too. It was/is a popular card, should be plenty of them around ebay and other auctions. And, as Highway mentioned above, checking compatibility is important, motherboard and power-supply need to be up to the task.

well it will depend on your whole system spec really, as not keeping it pretty level across the board can cause bottle necks in certain area's
