Solstice Skyshards not in Crown Store

I completed all the Solstice Skyshards on my alt as my main couldn’t access them. With today’s update, my main toon can now get them.

However since I already had them gathered by my other toon (I got the achievement for Skyshards) I thought to simply buy it on the Crown store. Unfortunately it is not showing up - on any of my toons.
