Technically Mannimarco didn't lose. It may even be possible he survived Oblivion too, depending on your pov. Truly I don't think he can be killed.

I mean all of Tamriel has been changed to look like Coldharbour, that would would have been awesome!
The once in a lifetime event to me was kind of short. What if Mannimarco had won and turned all of Tamerial upside down? I mean all of Tamerial has been changed to look like Coldharbour, that would would have been awesome! As for Coldharbour, it would have looked normal and that would have been the place for the fellowship to work out of. We could have had to go all the way back through the game and rediscovered along with new items and gifts. Missed opportunity, sad face.
