Power Overload

Howdy,
Power Overload is preventing my weapon from firing 😡
It's part of my build. 1st time it's ever happened to me after the Wall came down.
"Are You Going to FIX it, or what"?

I get that but my hands stay charged and whether or not my ultimate builds back or idk?
It used to only do it for a short time and then it goes back to my staff.
Before it worked fine.
I logged out, changed characters and relogged back in to it, still the same. I held the PS4 button down to power down, unplugged it..... nothing 😤
It never happened before that's all.
It's part of my build and had to replace it with Nova.
