I have been able to to talk to Skordo but now I have to talk to Walks-in Ash. She has to be at the Rampart Camp to complete. I was able to talk to Skordo at the end of the zone quest "Crossing the Wall" just FYI to those who are stuck but like me right now i`m stuck trying the talk to her.
