So few players at the dolmens in Alik'r

Why are there so few players at the dolmens in Alik'r Desert lately?

What has changed?

There used to be lots of players there, and now there are only about 6 players at 3 p.m. (UTC).

Wish it was like that over here, there's no fun in doing a dolmen when there's a thousand players doing it at the same time.

There's an event on. All those Dolmen folks are standing at world bosses in Vvardenfel or CWC or Summerset. Or taking advantage of double drops from the relevant trials or crafting nodes. So so so many AS groups ATM as people take advantage of the higher number of people to try to farm a poly or get master architect and war machine in HoF. I'm sure after the event ends people will come back.

Also, with subclassing, the need to make and level alts has waned. Once you get the skill lines you want leveled up, there isn't much of a reason to make more alts.

Population being down to 2017 level might be a part of it aswell

definitely. i started my cooking on monday lol

i noticed when the writing wall event started, population went down. as they changed the drop rates and made the souls drop from some of the dolmen things, i saw domen activity start to trickle back up. when phase 3 started, seems like the dolmens went completely dead. last week when i was doing them for the weekly endeavor (opening treasure chests) they seemed to be back up again. i would expect it to go back down with irl holidays and the event going on. there's nothing for this event from dolmens

From another new event, low overall pop and stuff people are also getting burned out simply, it is what it is.
