Break Free is Very Unresponsive

When I am CC'd it will work instantly about <10% of the time.
About 60% of the time, I have to press it repeatedly, and it takes up to 2 seconds to actually work.
Then the other 20% of the time, it simply does not work. I will be stunned for like 4 seconds, pressing the break free key, and nothing will happen.
It isn't lag as I don't have any issues with my other skills.

ToddIngram✭✭✭Not sure the combination that makes it happen, I suspect there is more than one way to make it happen, but we are getting a lot of unbreakable stuns lately. Meaning we can't break free until after we die no matter what. It's usually players that do this while in PvP, but I see it happen in PvE too and with groups of guards on resources in Cyrodiil. You just get pinned and nothing we do can break us free. We just sit there stunned and silenced until death.1
