ZOS, can you move the Major Prophecy buff from Bound Armaments to Crystal Shard and its morphs?

Considering that Assassination gets access to both Major + Minor Savagery, and Sorc being a cousin of NB, it makes logical sense to move Major Prophecy from Bound Armaments to Crystal Shard and its morphs to make the Dark Magic skill line more appealing for players. Bound Armaments can get something idk, but it doesn't make any sense to force players to pick both lines while NB gets both damage buffs in 1 skill line.
