Ghishzor lead buggy?

So kind of a weird thing I wanted to ask about. I've been trying to farm the lead from this boss, in his Eastern Solstice spot. I've killed him 70 times and no lead. Is anyone else having this issue?
Is this something that can be looked at @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ? I get RNG but 70 kills should be a large enough sample size to see something is wrong.

I got it first kill. 70 is awful. I don't know how you stuck with it for that many tries but I hop it gets resolved for your sake.

Thanks. Many of my friends and guild mates got it pretty fast but I did not. I know RNG can be bad but that seems really bad, never had it like this before. Over a few days killing a wb 70 times isn't so bad. Just makes you want to scream that it isn't working for me.

Make sure you fighting him at his new location in Eastern Solstice and not in the Phase 2 more beefed up spot in Western Solstice.

I also got it first pull in this location perhaps I am lucky but good luck with the lead. Everyone has felt the struggle for some lead or another I am sure.

There was another thread about this recently as well: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/685488/deadric-anvil-lead-not-dropping-correctly#latest I haven't tried him in Eastern Solstice yet but it seems some else is also having this issue (at 300 kills no less)
