I would like to start by saying I know it has been a rough year for the team and for that I am sorry. I have met and talked to Gina, Jessica and others that are still there before and know that the team loves this game. I have been playing this game for 8 years now and plan, for now at least, to keep playing. This season, expansion whatever you guys want to call it has been very lackluster. Five weeks of piddly work with very oh-hum rewards made me only log in to do a few dailies then leave for other entertainment. The sets are boring at best most are just bad. The launch for phase three was the worst you have had since I have been playing, plenty of posts on the details as to why. I never expect perfection that is unrealistic as PTS and internal testing can never match load and the players ability to find ways to break things, but this felt shoddy and that is new. I don't always agree with the changes sometimes I down right curse and scream about them (Sorc Main) but we adapt and move on and keep playing. This whole season has been for the first time ever a complete disappointment and whether I am happy or angry or sad about changes I have never been disappointed in the team before. I do hope the powers that be let you guys get back to making the great game we all love so much, please don't let the bean counters win. Sincerely a true fan.
