Completing daily jobs from Lector Volonaro are not contributing towards the achievement "Specialist about solstice".
Xbox EU.
Update on the bug.
The bug only occurs if the quest for the daily job is set in Eastern Solstice.
If you complete a job set in Western Solstice, it counts towards the achievement.
So Eastern jobs are bugged!.
