Update 48 Antiquity Leads

Update 48 added a bunch of new antiquities. The lead sources for the Huntsman's Warmask and Worm Cult Blacksmithing Station are well known, but there is missing or incomplete information on many of the others.

I have personally found:
Stone-Nest Pillar, Temple (farmed x3 from Wo-Xeeth world boss)
Vitrified Soul Crystal (dropped once from Infested Lurcher in Calindvale Gardens public dungeon. Have also seen a screenshot of someone getting it from a siege camp chest and heard reports of drops from Deetra Grotto bosses and Ossein Cage. Seems to drop from a range of sources but with a rather low drop rate which will make it a pain to farm and finish the codex)

Treasure maps:
Daedric Gate, Coldharbour
Coldharbour Soul Furnace
Molag Bal Statue, Fractured Head
Molag Bal Statue, Fractured Arm


I haven't heard anything about the below:
Stone-Nest Counter Weight
Reaper, Pattern Template

I'm hoping these don't all end up being treasure map leads as there are already a bunch in that loot pool from when Western Solstice first dropped.

If anyone has found any of the above leads or hears anything, please share!

Got the head from a treasure map. Noticed there are three new Solstice maps dropping now so my hopeful working theory is that the new map leads are only in the new maps. Still not ideal but at least they aren't massively diluted.

Found these from treasure maps. I am assuming Molag Bal Statue, Fractured Head also comes from treasure maps.

I've gotten all of the Eastern Solstice leads, none of them from treasure maps, though I can't remember where exactly I got them lol.. Most likely from various bosses inside dvelves or the public dungeon, as well as World Bosses, and some random treasure chests scattered about.

EDIT: My bad, i double checked my leads now and I realize that I have not in fact gotten the leads for Reaper, Pattern Template and the Stone-nest Counter Weight, thought I did lol

Also the Reaper Plan lead, just dropped from treasure map chests. I can not confirm if there is other locations for these drops though.

This is actually not good since Vitrified Soul Crystal lead can drop from a variety of other sources and reduces the probability of getting the leads unique to treasure map chests.

I got the stone-neat pendulum lead from a random chest I opened.

The stone nest pendulum is the new crocodile head - it drops all over Solstice and I’ve collected 8 since launch on console. It literally drops everywhere.

Frustrated to see so many new leads locked behind chests.

The Vitrified Soul Crystal seems to be one of the “anything” leads.

I know I got mine before the wall even came down, but I don’t remember where from. I have a feeling it was from Ghishzor, which would make sense as he started in U48 and he is in all technicality an U48 boss, so if it were a “drops from anything” lead it does make sense.

But it is definitely not exclusive to maps.

I got the lead for the vitrified soul crystal from a treasure chest (the regular sort, not the map one). Loved the tiny skeleton inside.

Sad to see the devs are still insisting on putting leads inside treasure chests of the map variety. Players have been complaining about those for years.

It's so frustrating that most of the new leads are acquired via treasure maps, considering how hard the maps are to come by! I've looted hundreds of chests, farmed the new WB bosses a dozen times over, killed every mob I come across, and looted pretty much every node and container I see, but still not gotten a single map! And the guild store prices are being increased due to the demand, of course..

I got Molog Bals arm lead arm from a Solstice 1 or 2 treasure map so I believe the new leads drop from any Solstice treasure map.

I got the "Reaper, Pattern Template" from a Solstice 2 map and "Molag Bal Satue, Fractured Head" from a Solstice 3 map, and all my other leads from both old and new Solstice maps, so I don't think your theory checks out, no.
