Skordo and Coldharbour

Something really odd happened today and perhaps it may help some of you.
With my main I have done every quest in every zone… everywhere. Including Eastern Solstice. When I did the fortress battle I was to report to Skordo at base camp. And as we all know he is MIA.. Sort of.
While I was messing around with an alt. I decided to go fight again (that fight was pretty good, I thought). So I picked up the quest, rode up to the wall and went through the portal. After one of the battles I was able to loot a chest. Guess what dropped… Coldharbour Estate. No joke. I thought this stopped dropping after the Witches Festival
Anyway… After the battle I was to report to Skordo. So I ported back to camp and to my surprise there he was.
Skordo has not yet to appear for my main, but for an alt that has done absolutely no quests related to Eastern Solstice. I don’t get it.

Yes, if you haven't done the main story up to the wall phase your alts are free to do it. I had only progressed it on my main, did the Gristmung Hold part and am now locked as well. Hopefully they can fix it sometime after Monday and maybe extend its availability with all the game breaking bugs in U48/Wall Break.
I too managed to finally get a Coldhabour Estate the day of the wall breach on PC-NA too, feels good man.0
