Most are simple to figure you; as they are earned from corresponding buttons on messages. However what does the 'Developer' and 'Promote' Reaction refer to and how do you get them?

Orizuru✭✭✭I'm not sure about the Developer and Promote reactions. I haven't even noticed them. Are they only on specific forums perhaps? I could see the Developer reaction being specific to the UI and Modding forums for people who develop mods. I guess Promote might have something to do with advertising the mods.
That said, I think we need a Facepalm reaction as well.
