Crown Store Solstice Skyshards Bugged?

I had my main toon collect all the Western Solstice Skyshards before the new update, so I got the problem that my main couldn’t access the Eastern Skyshards.
Then I tried collecting all of them on a new toon. Which I got the notification to say I did collect them all but nothing has changed in the Crown store (which I wanted to use to get all the Skyshards on my main & other alts). PS zone chat says it is showing on the Crown store but not for me??
