I try to train my weaving but that is so difficult because I always run out of ressources to get a decent training sequence time. 14 skills and done.
Of course I know that when training on rota ressource management is important. But there is a more basic training that comes before training the rota and that is getting the right weaving rythm. And this is best simplified for starters and then progressing from there.
Trial dummies drop synergies to replenish resources. If you train with unlimited resources, your rotation will be a rotation without any resource management at all, which would be a bad thing.
There's a few of ways to mitigate this. If you're just looking to practice and don't care about damage output, wear wretched vitality in the weight that gives you recovery for your primary resource (light for magic and medium for stam). Make sure it's in the divines trait, and use the serpent or the atronach mundus. Also use max recovery parse food such as lava foot saltrice for stam or ghastly eye bow for magic. Wear 1 piece bloodspawn for more stam recovery or chokethorn for magic. Wear infused stam/magic recovery jewelry too. Also be sure to have max alchemy to have all 3 medicinal use passives available and use a crafted stam/magic potion so the 30% recovery bonus lasts for 47 seconds which means you have 100% uptime on it when using potions on its 45 second cool down. All of this combined, your recovery should easily be in the 4000 range and you won't ever have to worry about running out. Even if you just use wretched vitality with one of the mundus, you won't run out. Just remember that you should be conscious about not wasting resources so you don't gas out when taking off the majority of these bonuses. In content, you will at most be relying on potions, synergies, and armor weight recovery passives for your recovery. Max Stat food like sugar skulls or an equivalent is usually picked over recovery food in content.
I've found the Infinite Archive to be the best way to practice my rotation/weaving in actual content.
I'm still far from perfect, but much improved from my previous weave by accident lol.

I know and I explicietely mentioned that there are different levels of training.
If you train for a soccer match you don't only play soccer match as a training but you train techniques, performing passes, free kicks and penalties etc.
So you decompose the different factors that come into play in a soccer match in smaller components and train these separately complemented by actually performing larger components such as combinations and finally training matches.
