Champion Slayers missing?

In the siege camp achievement "Worm Cult Champion Slayer" there are two champions I have yet to encounter; Watcher Zvarbin and Scamp Champion Doov. Have anyone else run into them yet, or are they missing? Is this another bug..?

    They've been missing for the whole event. And it was already reported as a bug during phase 1, but never reacted upon.
