Hiddenspring Cottage

I have been thinking of purchasing the Willowspring Cottage. Before I do I have a concern. There seems to be a couple of nice areas in the front for training dummies or mounts to walk around, except I see an issue with them. As this screenshot shows there is a tree right on the middle of one those lots, and it can’t be moved. Is this a bug or was it intentional? This for me would be a deal-breaker, so thanks for that.
