So can you not complete the Support the Fellowship quest if you weren’t on to do it when it went down? It lets me get part way there then just stops refreshing at Reach the Soul Spire. I wish it had been more clear how short this phase was compared to how long the others were. I was online when it finished but hadn’t started it because I assumed there would be time. What an anticlimactic end to this very lengthy event.

There’s a bug with the Fortress right now where it’s not resetting instances properly.
