Dual wield drawn weapon stance bugged

In some instances (e.g. some trials, dungeons or houses) I get a bug when drawing my sword and dagger. It looks like if I wanted to pretend to have a two hander.

Swap to your back bar (which has 2h) and then back to front bar. You'll notice there is a swap animation when you go from dual wield to 2h. But when switching back to dual wield, the 2h just vanishes and daggers teleport to your hands.

Now, swap to back bar where you have the 2h weapon. Then sheathe your weapons. Make sure you have some personality selected. Press bar swap. Notice that instead of your toon making the swap animation and unsheathing the dual wield, the daggers just teleport to your belt and your character has no personality any more. Start jogging and now the personality is there but without any accessories the personality might have. Stop and the standing (idle) is again without any personality.

This bug is REALLY game breaking.

When playing 2hander on back bar and two oe hander on front bar you can no longer see if you are currently on back or front bar.

I now frequently cast wrong skills and it breaks rotas like nothing.

This bug has to be priority 1

Please… stop talking about BUGS in ESO. Any bug! Please…
If we keep talking about bugs and if ZOS keeps fixing them the way they are, we’re gonna end up with:

1. We’ll log in and suddenly Mudcrabs will have a mythic item slot and Clannfears will queue as healers.
2. They’ll “fix” the combat system and light attacks will start hitting enemies in other instances.
3. ZOS will fix one more thing and suddenly the banker assistant will start charging rent.
4. At this rate, furnishings will begin furnishing you when you enter a house.

and If things escalate any further, Naryu will start giving daily quests to respec her skill points.


Just stop, please. And let ZOS work!

Do you want to see this happen?

1. Before long, guild traders will start bidding on us instead of the other way around.
2. We’ll see powerful trial bosses slipping on bananas because some overzealous fix changed their pathing.
3. Next patch, companions will start giving us orders and kicking players for low DPS.
4. Mounts will run so fast that we’ll arrive at the next zone before the map even loads.
5. If this keeps going, chickens in Khenarthi’s Roost will start dropping perfected trial weapons.
6. Soon we’ll have scribs crafting gold food, while alchemists spontaneously explode when making a potion.
7. After the next patch, your ult will activate every time you press crouch, and crouch will open the Crown Store.
8. We’re one fix away from porting into a dungeon and spawning as the final boss.
9. Eventually, pets will do mechanics perfectly, while players run into walls because collision was “adjusted.”
10. etc...

I've been experiencing this a lot lately.

I wanted to add that I observe also wrong stances on dual wield weapons on front bar when I have a destro on the backbar. The dual wield wepaons are then held like I had a destro staff in my hands.

Overall it looks like when switching back from backbar to front bar the frontbar drawn weapon stance is not loaded at all until I stow back my weapons. At least if frontbar is dual wield. I did not test in on other weapons on frontbar.

I get this when I switch from my bow to dual wield. I think if I sheathe and redraw it fixes it.
