[Suggestion] Why common skill like will not become account wide?

[Suggestion] Why common skill like will not become account wide? 
Ex, Mage skill line, Weapon skill line, Amor skill line, Undaunted skill line... PVP skill line...ETC
I'm tired of grinding of those for each of character. (Except class skill)
Once you reach 50max level, then just unlock it for account wide.
Is there any of problem for the balance?
(I don't want traveling with chattering skull anymore....
)
Ex, Mage skill line, Weapon skill line, Amor skill line, Undaunted skill line... PVP skill line...ETC
I'm tired of grinding of those for each of character. (Except class skill)
Once you reach 50max level, then just unlock it for account wide.

) My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.
