EU connection issues

on 11 Nov 25 after the maintenance EU server became unstable connection wise, the game became unplayable even on daily crafting writs, the ping spikes from 350 up to 999+ and then disconnection, even pinging the server from cmd gives the same results.
when traceroute EU server it route the connection to NA server then EU.
so what happen after the maintenance? what been broken that affects players as for two days i couldnt play the game!!
i have already raised a ticket 251112-000111 which i know the support they will point it as a problem on my pc as usual.
