2handed weapons not properly held by character.

No matter what I transmog my 2h weapon into it seems the bottom hand never properly attaches to the grip of the 2-hander.
It always seems to be behind the weapon instead of actually touching it.
In addition to that when swinging the character lets go of the weapon and 2nd hand isn't on it at all.
