Character load, teleport, mail, guild store - terrible lags

@ZOS: It started with mails, couple of weeks ago. 5-10 seconds to open mail screen. Now it takes a minute (!) to open guild store, if it is opened at all, and if you exit the guild and enter again it could open immediately. But even when opened buying is problematic.

Zone change takes 2-3 minutes. At least.

From my point of view seems like server-side problem.

Same issue with travel currently on PCEU, having loading screens of several minutes instead of the usual few seconds.

Also PC/EU. I cannot port out of the zone (Solstice) that my character logs into. When I try to port to do a daily in the Rift, for example, the loading screen never ends and eventually times me out of the game. Other people in the zone chat are saying similar things.
