Show NEW icon for items that are put in Quest inventory

I for one would like to see when I have a new item placed into my Quest Item inventory.
Not only do they often have interesting flavor text attached to them, but sometimes there are books or other text items that need to be opened/read in order to populate our Eidetic memory.
As such it would be good to get the little 'New' icon shown for when we have something new in Quest Inventory.
