Personalities: Combat animations.

I know this shouldn't be a priority; However, I'm hoping to see combat animation variations based on equipped personalities which would be a great step cosmetic-wise. Weapon wielding, spell-casting, etc. could be altered. More feminine combat movements with Duchess personality for example. Even if it's not tied to Personalities, I think such options should be available to players now that we're compensating for fantasy since classes are homogenized. Along with skill styles, combat styles should be introduced for a full on experience.
I know not all skill casting animations can be replaced since it would be far too much of a work, but some of the animations are far too overused and can easily have variations as an improvement, for example Sorcerer's pet summoning/activation anim and Templar's cleansing ritual animation are commonly seen in combat.
