Hello,

I know this is an old niche set no one uses...but....

Is Shield Throw considered a One Hand and Shield ability?
And does it proc the 1537 heal?
I don't think it does.

As for the heal - is it always 1537 or based off something else?
Can it Crit?
I guess it can heal 1 a second if you use a 1h&S skill every second?

Any1 try it?

(3 items) Adds 1096 Maximum Stamina
(4 items) Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
(5 items) Adds 450 Weapon and Spell Damage to your One Hand and Shield abilities. When you use a One Hand and Shield ability, you heal for 1537 Health.

Bonus Question:
Is taunt of any value to solo players?
Or in PvP/

ok,i help you test
yes,it work,but look like heal cant crit(i hit 100 time in cmx but not any hit crit) so it always 1537,but Increase healing done can heal more,like Ritual mundus
and yes,it not have cooldown,it mean you can heal youself when you cast any One Hand and Shield ability
and taunt skill cant work in pvp,i only know a set can debuff player when you taunt they
solo pve not need taunt,but Inner Beast skill can give debuff
