Not getting event tickets

Hiya all,
I have done both crow quests, crowborn and hallowjack, not tickets were given, I have 7 tickets, 2 are available. I did Solstice Camps, nothing, are ticket broken? They worked yesterday, but nada today

Delve boss, world boss, dolmen? You might have done it already from last night. SEA/oceanic reset is at night.

PC NA here. I had the same thought a couple of days ago and was reminded that we HAVE to kill a final boss in a dungeon OR a delve boss OR a world boss to get the tickets. I got mine from a final dungeon boss.

My brain is extra fried from the two events running simultaneously and having to port all over the place just to get to Skirt as I did not pay for the cash grab. And with all the problems of keyboard inputs not working for hours on end each day I have been VERY miffed at missing out on the double XP.

UPDATE: World bosses do NOT drop tickets nor plunder skulls it seems. I just did a world boss in Coldharbour and got nothing.

As far as I know, you should be able to get tickets from killing any type of boss that can drop a plunder skull. Group dungeons are the only exception I'm aware of, since any boss in the dungeon can drop a purple plunder skull but only the dungeon's final boss can drop a golden plunder skull.

I've never killed the two special bosses for this event, so I don't know whether you should be able to get your tickets from one of those bosses. But I think you should be able to get them from an incursion, public dungeon, delve, world boss, etc.

Crow doesn't give tickets. Found that out the other day.

I just go to a Delve as my first job every day, kill the boss and loot them to get my tickets.

Never failed yet. 🙂

That's odd - I've certainly gotten plunder skulls from WBs. Event tickets I'd usually have from a delve or dungeon long before that, so can't comment on that. Maybe you hit a cooldown of some kind?

ETA: Did a WB as the first task (XB-NA, 2 pm) and got the tickets and golden skull. If there's weirdness, maybe it only happens early in the day?

Well, about that. Earlier in the week it was failing. Support said, "Keep doing more activities that drop and if none drop by the end of the day, contact us again" They did eventually drop, so keep trying, and if not, submit a ticket.

Make sure the first boss on the day you kill is not a changed boss from the wall event. They do not drop gold skulls and tickets, but after the system still thinks you already had your tickets for the day and you not getting from other bosses.

HJ and Crow don't give tickets. Every other boss does including story bosses.

Actually, I could swear I've gotten a golden "public/sweeper" event coffer and tickets from killing one of the special event bosses as the first boss of a public dungeon, as well as in a delve. I'll see if I can verify that by doing it later tonight.

I just fought one of the special event bosses in the public dungeon in Malabal Tor, as the first boss of the day. I got a golden public/sweeper plunder skull and my 2 event tickets, so they definitely do drop from the special "Field Marshal" event bosses in the modified public dungeons.
